so i posted on here a little bit earlier and i really appreciate the comment i got before :)

but i was hoping someone might be able to relate or give me some advice. It is only the first day and about an hr ago i ended up throwing up :( i haven't done the salt water flush or drank any herbal lax. tea (i got both just in case i didn't like the water flush) anyway I have been keeping track of everything in my journal if anyone has time and could maybe take a look at what i have logged so far

anyway, i feel ten times better now but UGH..

Is this normal? or should this be a warning sign that i should stop?

I would really hate to have to stop because i have made it through the first day and I'm feeling very optimistic about everything

(my goal is ten day right now)

Every time I've done any kind of cleanse (Mastercleanse twice for 12-14 days, 2 day water fasts, sundry juice fasts), the first 3-4 days are AWFUL. I've never had nausea but my energy level is in the toilet, I pass out on the couch, I have zero mental ability, and I have insomnia when I try to go to sleep. I frequently get a cold sore or breakouts in the first week. I think of 10000 reasons to stop the fast.

All of that passes by day 4-5 and then the euphoria kicks in. And then you feel amazing and you never want to stop the cleanse and your energy comes back times 1000 and it's generally fantastic.

Hang in there, try adding some pure water and maybe some mint or fasting tea to the mix. Dehydration is one of the big reasons for people feeling crappy on a fast/cleanse!

Good luck! I'm on day 2 of a planned 30-day juice cleanse, so I can definitely relate. In fact...I think I'll go have a nap.
